When will the in-store offering officially end?

Monday, 15th January 2024.  

What will happen to my credit card details?  

All your currently linked cards will be removed from your account, and you will no longer be able to access cashback via in-store purchase methods. 


You can rest assured that neither Cashrewards nor our PCI DSS compliant third-party service provider will retain any card details you may have provided. Your card details will be deleted once all final transactions have been processed.

What if I have cashback still pending?

Any pending cashback from an in-store purchase that is sitting in your My Rewards page, will be treated as normal, and will be approved or declined in the indicated timeframe. 

Can I still withdraw my cashback in the normal way?

Yes, you can withdraw your cashback into your nominated bank account or via PayPal in the normal way. Minimum $10.01 is required to withdraw your rewards.​

Can I still see my rewards balance?

Yes, you can still see your balance by logging into your Cashrewards account and heading to My Rewards. 

How do I access the deals and cashback offers, now?

Don’t worry, you'll still be able to access all the deals and cashback offers online by browsing our website or downloading our app! We'll continue to notify you of the best cashback rates via email or push notifications.

What do I need to do now?

You don’t need to lift a finger! Once the in-store program ends on 15th January 2024, there will no longer be any in-store cashback offers available on Cashrewards. Just continue shopping as normal online through the website or app!
